Some Pig!

Principal Mr. Drenth and Mr. Haan, the fourth grade teacher from the class that read the most minutes, get ready to catch a pig. Charlevoix Elementary School students read enough minutes to circle the school with pigs in honor of March Into Reading and our theme, Charlotte's Web. As a reward, Mr. Drenth agreed to kiss a pig! Teachers from the top reading class in each grade also kissed a pig, and the top readers from each class got to pet the pigs.
