Charlevoix Elementary student Kate Klinger recently received a Colorado flag along with a certificate and letter from Colorado State Representative Don Coram in response to a letter Kate wrote to him last year while in Ms. Beach's fourth grade class. This particular flag was flown over the state capitol on Kate's birthday! Several students from Ms.Beach's class were sent things from the senators and congressmen they wrote to.
