Teach Your Parents Computers

Throughout the year there have been Teach Your Parent nights in the elementary school computer lab. Each grade had a night where the students could bring a guest in to teach. There were lesson plans and our computer teacher, Miss Frank, was there to help. First grade taught their parents about typing, second taught how to do a slide show, and third taught about the Internet. On May 4, kindergarten students can bring a guest to try out our painting and drawing program, Kid Pix. On May 19, fourth grade students can choose what they want to teach their parents. Both nights will be an open house format from 5:30 to 7:30.
