What: Stop the Summer Slide summer event!
Where: East Park, Downtown Charlevoix
When: 5:30-6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13th
Who: ANY Student Kindergarten through Sixth Grade 

We all know how important it is to READ! Come early to the 6:00 p.m. Jim Gill kids concert in East Park and be prepared to tell a Charlevoix Public Library or Charlevoix Elementary School staff member about a book you have read during the summer break and you will receive a $5.00 gift certificate to Round Lake Bookstore! This event is for ANY student kindergarten through sixth grade; not only Charlevoix students but all students who wish to attend.
